Is it mandatory to create Simply Cute account to shop?

No, you don't need to. But should you decide to do so, there are multiple advantages that you can avail of, by having an account with Simply Cute. Creating an account doesn’t cost you anything but comes loaded with benefits, so we believe it’s a no-brainer.

How do I create Simply Cute account?

Just click on 'create an account' link on top centre of the website, enter your name and valid email address and other details and you're good to go. 

How do I place an order with Simply Cute?

You can start shopping by visiting at simplycute.in, search for the products you desire. Click on the product, this will take you to the product detail page, from where you can select the size and checkout using the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

What are the wash care instructions for the product I have ordered?

What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

If the item is out of stock when you are trying to add it to your shopping bag, you will be informed immediately and the item won’t get added to the shopping bag.

If an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order-confirmation, then we will put in our best effort to fulfill the order. In the event that we are unable to do so, or if it is likely to take longer than 7 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay, cancel the ordered item and refund the amount.

What happens if my card or net-banking account is charged and I encounter an error on the website after that?

Firstly, please note that this is a rare occurrence. But in case it happens, you'll receive an email, which would confirm if your payment has been taken. We ensure that the refund process will start within 4 hours however it might take a week for the amount to get credited in your account depending on the time taken by the bank. Please feel free to call our customer care in case of any further clarifications.

What happens if my transaction is failed and my card / account is not charged?

If your card / account is not charged, you can safely retry you payment we will not double charge you.

What happens to the voucher, which I used, and the transaction failed?

It takes 2-3 hours for us to reactivate the voucher that was used in a failed transaction. They'll be available for re-use under the same terms and conditions however if you have cancelled the order, the voucher cannot be reused.

What happens to my credit-card information? 

We do NOT store any billing information at our end. We simply pass on the information you provide on our site to the payment gateways at the bank that charges your credit card. This information is provided to them over a secure channel .

Coupons and Vouchers

What are vouchers and coupons?

Vouchers / gift vouchers are like store credit and if required it could be applied to payment along with any other payment option. Coupons are one time use only and are conditional on the offer attached to the coupon.

I have a discount coupon / voucher how do I use it?

While paying for your purchase, you can use your coupon / voucher value against the purchase amount and you'll pay the rest using any other payment mechanism you are comfortable with. Please note that in case you choose to return the product for any reason what-so-ever, you'll not be allowed to re-use the voucher or the coupon against any future purchase.

Can I use my vouchers in multiple transactions?

Here's another example of how we put ourselves in our customer's shoes. You can use your voucher until the last rupee is spent, in any number of transactions that you choose to use it in.

 

Order Status / Tracking

How do I check order status?

You can either login to the website navigate to 'My Account' page to see all your order details. You can also go to the link provided in the order confirmation email to check the status of that individual order.

How do I track my shipments?

Once your package is shipped, you would receive an email with the shipper details and tracking number.

How will I know about my order confirmation?

On confirmation of your order, a notification will be sent to your email along with the order reference number.

 

Delivery

How much does it cost me to have a Simply Cute product delivered to my home?

Shipping is free on orders above Rs.1000. Courier charges of Rs.100 will be charged otherwise

What is the estimated delivery time?
Our goal is to have the product delivered to you within 4 to 7 days, and you can be assured that we will go the extra mile to make sure it happens. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. For example, there are multiple zip codes in metros that are not serviced by local courier companies. In such cases, we rely on speed post delivered by India Post.

How will the delivery be done?
We process the national delivery only through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your item via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive and all taxes are included with the list prices.

Does Simply Cute deliver internationally?
Simply Cute doesn't deliver items internationally. You can buy the product from anywhere as long as it's purchased using our payment methods permitted by RBI. Please note that at this time, we don't accept credit cards issued by banks in countries other than India.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?
No. To keep your order safe we do not allow editing of address once the order is placed.

I live outside India, can I order for a delivery in India?

Yes, you need to provide an Indian delivery address. You can provide a billing address as a non Indian address.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realized that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us immediately after receiving the package. We have a 7 days return / exchange policy. For details please refer our Returns & Exchange policy.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

Our shipping company will leave a message and attempt again. We urge you to plan and coordinate the purchase in a manner that someone is available to accept the shipment at the provided delivery address.

 

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and replacement policy?

We offer a 7 day return and exchange policy. Please refer our returns & exchange policy for more details.

In case I change my mind about the colour/ size picked up, can I have it exchanged?

Yes, you can exchange unused items. For details on please refer our returns & exchange policy.

What is cancel and what is return?
We wish that you never return or cancel any order, but if you still have to, then the following cases would apply:

1) The order has not been shipped:

If the order is not shipped and if you cancel it would be a Cancelled order. In this scenario, we will issue a store credit of the bill amount which will be valid for 6 months.

2) The order has been shipped:

You have 7 days from the date of shipment to return the item for an online store credit which expires within 6 months and is good towards any item at simplycute.in

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 72 business hours for processing your store credit which is the purchase price but not the shipping. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We hope you understand that we can process exchanges only after the product is received in our warehouse in good condition along with the rate tag and in the original shipping box.

Exchange/Cancellation/Return of Accessories would not be entertained due to hygiene purposes.

Can I cancel / return a part of the order?
You can cancel/return a part of the order in case you have not applied any offer or discount to the order. 
To cancel part of the order go to My Accounts > My Orders > Order No. > Order Details. 

Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product?

Yes, shipping charges are non refundable.
